  Do yourself a favour and dont buy one of these house and land packages. They pride themselves on using the cheapest materials and shortcuts. They use the cheapest tradies who dont care about the work they do and have a team of people to repair the dodgy work after you move in "if you notice it" then when the problems are too costly will walk away from it. I dont know how these people are able to operate and obtain buliding licenses. The tradies work is so bad.. I've built a few places in the past and no where near these amount of problems or refusal to fix problems. These houses will barely hold up in 20 years.
